Fong Qi Wei
He is a conceptual fine art photographer from Singapore. He focuses on the change in the atmosphere for this he takes the picture of a location from sunrise to sunset and then digitally layers them to create an amazing contrast with light and the colour of the sky. The way his images manage to capture time interests me. http://singaporefringe.com/fringe2013/pdf/bios/Fringe_Gallery_Fong_Qi_Wei.pdf http://uk.phaidon.com/agenda/photography/articles/2013/august/15/photographing-in-the-fourth-dimension/ http://www.feeldesain.com/photography-meets-painting.html http://www.studentartguide.com/articles/painting-media-process-technique https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pinterest.co.uk%2Fexplore%2Fphotography-collage%2F&psig=AFQjCNH67Cr3IOFxyzidULmSlf6Ii23IfA&ust=1504963811188861 https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&ved=&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pinterest.com%2Faliyshiawallen%2Fphotography%2F&psig=AFQjCNH67Cr3IOFxyzidULmSlf6Ii23IfA&ust=1504963811188861 |

Manipulation:
I was inspired by Fong Qi Wei to create this piece which was weaved together. The picture were taken at different times in the day one was in the morning and one was at night,i thought this would be a good way to show contrast in the picture that helps create mystery.I feel like i was pretty successful with this manipulation as you are able to see that it was in the same location and the only difference is the time and the amount of light in the picture. However it was prefect and this could have been because the camera was moved slightly during the shoot which meant that the pictures weren't in the same scale. Also when cutting the paper they were cut in different sizes and some were not even straight which meant that the end result wasn't in prefect order.
